Bully burglar caught in Brackenhurst
A housebreaker was arrested after attacking and robbing a pensioner in Kalkoentjie Street, Brackenhurst.

He was apprehended in Christiaan Street by Fox Security, responding to a panic signal.
Police arrived on the scene moments later and arrested the suspect.
Brackendowns station commander Colonel Veeshani Arikum was on the scene and offered a description of what happened.
"The suspect gained entry at around 09:40 and tied up the 81-year-old victim," she said.
"He manhandled her a bit, tied her up and proceeded to take all her
jewelry. Her neighbour heard a commotion and alerted the authorities.
The suspect will be detained by Brackendowns Saps."
